Hi everyone,
Just installed Long War 2 a couple weeks ago, and am loving it. I was in the middle of a Assault HQ mission and encountered the Archon Ruler and at this point was tired of the Ruler Reactions, and decided to add two mods to make it have normal turns. I installed:

It worked, and I finished the mission. Afterwards I went to promote various soldiers and noticed that perks for a whole bunch of the classes had been moved around and changed. I removed the new mods, backed up my saves and config, reset my "xcomgame" config folder, and ran Remove Missing Mods. However the perks remain messed up. How do I get the perks back to how they should be?
I'm very new at modding LW2, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, it's just the 1.3 update to LW2. Don't worry, you can fix the perk trees easily enough, process for doing so detailed here:

Right after posting I was searching around the forums and found the update changelog, and guessed that's what it was. Just got unlucky I guess to have the change go live right as I was playing around. Thanks!

It is actually a bit hard to find a clear statement about this change.
Are classes in LW 1.3+ supposed to have only *two branches* to their perk trees?
Sorry if that is an obvious question, or an obvious mistake. But I only see two branches; no middle branch; as well. ...and the 1.3 change notes linked above dont mention this as a change.
