Suggestion: Pick starting councilors

Hi all,

Been loving the game so far but one thing I seem to keep doing when starting a new game is checking to see if my councilors are half way decent. If not, i quit and try again.

Could there be some type of starting councilor customization we can choose from to eliminate this: game loading screen, bad councilors, quit, quit loading screen, new game loading screen, etc.

Maybe a way to confirm the councilors we start with,if we don't like include a button to randomize them again?

I would say maybe let us design our starting two councilors based on a set amount of points, but that might be a little bit too unbalanced or it could work well.
