Creative Mode Scenario?

I feel like a creative mode would be useful for players to get to know the game, test weapons, and mess around in a sandbox. This would include:
-Insta-build: A toggleable feature in which all structures are built instantly

-Country Switch: Be able to toggle the faction of each country

-Spawn Armies & Aliens: Drag and drop alien and earth armies and navies.

-Unlimited Resources: Another toggleable feature in which the player is granted unlimited resources to pursue their ends.

-Time Warp: Speed up time to allow ships to reach their destinations quicker.

-Instant R&D: Research technologies instantly and for free.

-Turn Back Time: Reverse the hand of time to allow parts of the game to be re-played

-Unlimited Space Stations: Be able to send up as many habs, orbitals and rings as your heart desires

-Toggle Alien Arrival: Make the aliens disappear or appear again whenever you want.

-Summon Alien Fleet: Make an alien fleet enter the solar system with the press of a button.

-Reset Public Minds: Reset all alliances, public opinions, additional armies, majority parties, and dominating factions.

At the moment some of those are handled through dev console commands. If there's sufficient demand and we have the bandwith, we might put in the hours to develop a proper UI for them, I suppose.
