Can somebody tell me what the prerequisites for the Means to an End project are, i haven't found anything about the facton objectives. I have the objective Set our goals that will finish if i complete "Means to an End", but i am the last faction to finish their first big specific project and the game does not tell me what to research in order to get it.

Kill an alien, then a few researches afterwards

Strange, pretty sure the Resistance got their mission directly after, i wanna say Alien Movement or Alien Operations. But thanks, i have now murdered my first hydra, so i should be good.
