Font size - configurability would be nice

Font size is too small in the left-panel event notices and in mouseovers. It would be nice to have this controllable via an Option.
Small glitch: Often the mouseover text will grow to a perfect font size after it comes up and the mouse moves slightly--but then it may persist onscreen after leaving that region and going elsewhere.
