[Bug Report] Nuking in Vientiane causes (friendly) armies in Kuala Lumpur to be destroyed

In the attached save, nuking by Dominion of America in Vientiane causes (friendly) Japanese armies in Kuala Lumpur to be destroyed. (I reloaded it a few times and nuked on different days. Same effect.)

Possible bug?

Maybe the sea blockade state changed as additional alien landing occurred? If this was the case, then when blockade status change, and there is ongoing deploy action that requires sea transport, the armies should not just get destroyed but they do. Just one hypothesis.

Aside, is it possible to increase the attachment size limit to 5MB? Midgame onward, default compression from the game will result in saves >2MB and that makes questions about particular game states, including bug reporting, rather cumbersome.

Another incidence.

Player controlled USA nuking Yangon under Alien Administration will result in European Union's 2 armies in Ankara being destroyed. (Wait until the Alien armies moving to Yangon to replicate the same conditions.)

This time there is no sea access issue. EU is directly neighbouring Turkey.

Note that another 2 Japanese armies in the same alliance in Malaysia performing occupation action will not be affected.
