UI improvement for top bar and space infrastructure

I would like to have a second number denoting resource balance, "projected", with a number of days to that projected state(to last item that would affect that balance). It only really needs to take into account your ships and structures qued in build list.

It is useful, since high tier infrastructure can take up to a year to build, and you might not remember that you need to do something in 180-ish days to offset the cost, or sometimes infrastructure cost can add up to much more than you actually expected, so you aren't ambushed by massive cost change several sessions in. It should not really affect performance, since it would have to recalculate expected balance only after player does something, or some infrastructure is destroyed.

Another good addition would be to have some indicator that your had is consuming water and/or volatiles from your mine output, since it is slightly annoying to check if agriculture will offset enough.
