Can one reduce the retraining time? I am rethinking my perk selections and the retraining time effectively would require restarting my campaign to get my soldiers where I want them to be. Great game. Great mod.

1. Open your Long War 2 mod config folder:
\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\844674609\config
2. Use Notepad or Notepad++ to edit the XComGameData
3. Search for these values:
XComHeadquarters_DefaultRespecSoldierDays[0]=X ;Difficulty

Adjust X according to how many days you want training to take for each level your soldier has within your difficulty.
