Psi training messed up after 1.1?

Howdy,
I know you guys did some tweaking to Psi training with this patch, but I'm not sure if this is intended:
My Psi trooper, who was I think 1 rank down from max, had all her skills swapped around, and now it seems as though she's not able to go back into the tank to get the last rank. I've had 3 missions since the patch and the ability to train her again has not appeared. Is this all intentional?
