Old classes showing up on BM soldiers.

I have noticed that many times when a soldier appears in the black market they will be have the old, original XCOM2 classes instead of the new LW2 ones. Most obvious is Ranger, which you can see before you buy, but I've also picked up Specialists & Sharpshooters whom, upon closer inspection, have the old two-branch skill trees from the original game. This happens with both randomly generated soldiers and custom pool picks.

Note this only seems to be happening at the black market. Soldiers from the regular recruitment pool are working just fine.

Playing on PC, current (only) version of LW2 mod, Win7, only non-cosmetic mod is "True Concealment for LW2"

Sounds like a mod conflict. Try this:

First, rename and move your my documents/xcom2/xcomgame/config folder to a safe location as a backup.

Second, start the game using the Steam launcher, with LW2 and any mods enabled. This will rebuild/refresh/update your ini files and clean up any potential conflicts.

Third, if you use the Alternate Mon Launcher - https://www.reddit.com/r/xcom2mods/comm ... _launcher/ or the updated version - https://www.reddit.com/r/xcom2mods/comm ... continued/ you can exit XCOM2 now and relaunch with the AML.

Do you use the 'Use My Class' mod by chance? I know that if that's on and characters in the pool are set as vanilla classes they tend to appear in game as those.
