If you load a save while the soldier EVAC is available, the game will redo the 'request to EVAC' timer and unless all soldiers manage to get to their EVAC that turn, they have to wait 4 more turns for the EVAC to appear again.

How can I tell what the saves are easier? I know 1, 2, and 3 are the auto saves. Rest, not sure.
Reloaded it a second time and didn't get that bug. Weird. This might be an extraneous case if that happened then.
There still is a graphical glitch with the old loading zone still being visible though.
