Spark AWC Perk tab

Not sure if it's a known issue or not, but Sparks currently display an AWC tab in the armory; complete with randomly assigned perks to train if they could only fit on the beds.

Yea this is pretty well known, they're working on it I'm sure.

Also while you're at it don't give them PCS; it lets you but it just eats up, destroying it forever (also being worked on).
