All was well on the Network Tower mission and the Viper King showed up and wrecked my campaign. I had the DLC installed but not active. This was no bueno, so I uninstalled the DLC (unchecked the box in steam) and restarted steam/xcom2 to reload the save without Alien Hunters on figuring I'd do the mission without the King involved. But, XCOM2 will not load any of those saves associated with the campaign! Is this salvageable somehow? I'd really rather not start over again, this is the second playthrough and my first time getting to a tower. Ugh...

Also, trying to upload the save and getting an error that the attachment has an invalid file extension?
