BUG: All Avenger menus missing.

I looked but I didn't find anything in the patch 1.1 fixes that addressed this.
All my Avenger menus (research, build items etc) are missing. I cannot do anything on the avenger basically.
This happened to me after I reloaded a save file (because of an out of bounds hack objective bug, which is being addressed in the patch), and now any save I load has this problem, including starting new campaigns.

I have tried deleting the config files, turning off some mods etc, but the problem still persists.

Here's a list of mods I am using:

I have read on steam that Gotcha was the culprit for another player. I don't have this issue, but maybe try that. Good luck.

But you have some very conflicting stuff there. I'd advise to get rid of most. Check with the resources available.
