Ambiguous description?

When your squad infiltration is complete you can choose to spend intel to boost infiltration. The text reads "You can spend 25 Intel to boost the infiltration rate of this squad by 100% for this mission" which as someone new to LW2 I took to read as adding 100% to my current percentage, when instead it doubles my current infiltration amount.

For clarity, would changing the text to "You can spend 25 Intel to double the current infiltration rate of this squad for this mission" be easier for people? or, does the cost and the boost change in mid/late or different difficulties?

We had to use the number because the value differs on different difficulties.
