Is snapshot supposed to give a bonus to pistol aim close up?

I recently had a sniper with snapshot get a +8 to aim (caused by snapshot apparently)

Is this a thing that snapshot does now? I thought pistol abilities came from the AWC only

Thank you for the report, this has been fixed and should be in the 1.1 patch.
