Spark management in the Soldier Screen

The Spark has options to assign it a PCS. If you try to install a PCS into the Spark, you lose that PCS without it being installed. Can we lock the PCS option out of the Spark in the soldier screen?

The spark has AWC training options. You cannot assign the spark to the AWC. Can we lock the AWC out of the Spark in the soldier screen

Yeah, since the spark can't get AWC training, it's window should be removed in the soldier view. Minor stuff, though.

The PCS on the other hand sucks because without warning, you can wast a few before figuring out that they don't work on Sparks.
