Flanking Does Not Cancel Hunker Defense Bonus

When you flank an enemy that hunkered, they lose their cover bonus but retains the +30 defense from hunkering. This leads to very odd situations where flank shots are only 20%, and even point blank shots are 40-50%.

This is a vanilla ... setting, actually. We're fixing it for 1.1.

It's been quite a while since I played vanilla, so I don't remember this. Plus there was so much alpha-striking that I can't even remember if I ever saw an alien hunker.

Right, we did add alien hunkering, so that's why it's visible now. In vanilla you just benefited from it.
