Ok, I love the mechanics, but suck at the difficulty (easiest one).

Is there any way, to make the game easier?

Turn on Red Fog (Aliens Only) and check out RealityMachina's An Easier War series of mods on the workshop.

Beginner is training mode though, it give you a lot of advantages.

Yeah, you shouldn't be finding rookie too difficult unless you are doing something wrong.
