Captured Soldier not appearing in rescue mission

One of my soldiers got captured during a mission and when the rescue mission appeared and was doing it my soldier didn’t appear. The mission was to save the vip that was stuck in a car and when I opened it my soldier was nowhere to be found I tried to reload the mission but he still didn’t appear I thought they fixed this glitch in the 1.1 patch so idk what to do.
