Looking for a mod to change reinforcements when you EVAC a VIP

Hey everyone,
Like the title says I am looking for a mod specifically to change the fact that the reinforcement timer changes when you EVAC a vip. So on a prison break mission the time can say reinforcements wont come for several turns, but then if you evac one of the people you have broken out of prison the timer jumps ahead to next turn. This is really annoying and also immersion breaking. Anyone know of any mods to remove this? All I have been able to find so far are mods that stop the timer from going down while you are still concealed.
