DLC2 / DLC3 LW2 Adjustments

DLC3:
All of the Alien Tech stuff applies to the DLC3. Which is fine for the robots, but why is there a stray Trooper inside the facility? This breaks immersion. Alien Techs need to be revised inside the Tower. They apply to the robots already there but the reinforcements dont have the extra HP/Armor.

Also, Shen has terrible LW stats. 1 Accessory slot, 14 Mobility, and 60 aim. Good thing for the infinite Capacitor Discharge and no timer.

DLC2:
For the DLC2, all of the upgrading costs arent adjusted to LW2 prices. Upgrading the Hunter Axe or Rifle is a pretty steep cost for 1 armament, it needs to be adjusted.

I made a DLC2 INI file for price adjustments. Save you some time.

You have to be explicit for each Diff because of a bug with the INI file reading. If you change the base template only, the game freaks out. I think it adds the base template cost to the _Diff costs.

Central needs stat adjustments too.

The Lost Advent Trooper was actually a bug, or rather an oversight, and has since been resolved either in 1.1 or been resolved for 1.2.
