Where is the second psy lab slot?

Am i missing something? Every facility with a possible upgrade shows it before you meet the requirements. I don't see an upgrade for the psy lab. Did the devs remove it? Are we supposed to train only a single psy trooper? With the new limitation on the number of perks a psy trooper can gain it would make sense to at least train 2 of them but given the time required i can't see how this will be possible with only one tube.

Also, i wouldn't try training one while another is in infiltration, way too worried about bugs preventing me from resuming the training when the first one returns, psi lab was already buggy with no mods

there is a second slot (i use it) and you need the elerium tech to unlock it

As tesb says, it's there- you just need techs and resources. It requires a sectoid corpse and two elerium cores plus a decent pile of supplies.

OK, thanks. I guess the tech requirement is what makes it invisible, the other requirements are usually soldier ranks.
