Is it at all possible to change the way the Leader Pack does the training? I've found that I really like how the Psi Ops do their training (still can use the Psi Ops even when in the school). Being able to do that with the Leader Pack would be a lot more fun, that way a leader isn't out of commission for a very long time in order to get ranked up.

Unfortunately it's not a simple switch.

I created the leader training project by extending the rookie training project, so it's going to act like that. To switch it over would require changing the parent class type, which would mean a bunch of other changes to fix stuff up.
