If you made a class mod already, there aren't any new steps to creating a custom class with the Perk Pack (other than having the PP installed) ... just look at the settings in PP's DefaultClassData.ini and use the ones you want in your own.

We are aware of this issue. So is Firaxis. We don't know the cause of this, or whether it's related to our mods. Red Fog still has some issues we're chasing so you may want to leave it turned off.

Suggest you read the explanatory text under the yellow ? on the perk in the perk tree. Basically you are misunderstanding how Snap Shot works. It's always on -- it fundamentally changes your sniper into someone who can move and shoot with the rifle, but suffers severe range penalties beyond 5 tiles ...

Those projects are only useful if you add PerkPack to an existing campaign and still have vanilla soldiers. Otherwise, avoid them; they don't do anything for the new PerkPack classes.

Only assign two perks per level. PerkPack UI doesn't require exactly three, just a max of three.

The mods don't require the DLCs.

You might try switching to the Nexus version of the mod (assuming you are using the Steam one). They are the same, but are loaded differently.

We have a number of fixes for Toolbox that we're currently testing (particularly in Hidden Potential and Red Fog), so if it is any of our mods causing the problem, it is most likely that one. Assuming you are on PC, the Centurion, SMG Pack and Leader Pack are all stable. We may have to update them when Firaxis issues a patch to the main game. The Toolbox was hit hardest by the patch; we think we've got it mostly working now, although it probably needs another update to handle issues with...

Yes, 2K is providing professional localizations for all of our LW2 mods.

For what it's worth, Long War does work in French, Spanish, Italian and Polish, and I think there are Russian and Korean translations out in the world, but to my knowledge no one ever finished a German translation.

I've seen one or two reports about this over the years, but I'm afraid I don't know what causes it or any type of solution beyond the troubleshooting steps. Most likely it's a borked save, I'm afraid.
