While not being as important as removing upgrades, "Remove all gear" would also be nice if possible. I doubt I'm the only one who removes all 3 (Weapons, Armor & Utility) separately before outfitting a squad for a new mission. So I made a mod that includes these two buttons. Have fun!...

I realize that Long War is a mod where you're supposed to balance potential gains vs risk. But out of the first 6 missions I've had sufficient infiltration time to get enemy preparedness down to "light" or "extremely light" only twice. And the others just turn into massive grind...

Seriously. Very easy to pull an ACOG or a flashlight off of a rail and put it on another weapon. I hate losing my weapon upgrades as I switch to lasers, etc. Hu? Hey everyone,
juggling around upgrades before a mission is quite a hassle. A button that would essentially act as the "strip weapon" function for all unused weapons would be a great QoL change. Is a function like this planned? If not I may try to create a similar mod of my own.

Infiltrators in the current build steal a set number of supplies per day they're in the Haven. This is changing to a % in patch 1.1.
