No problem! The cutscene triggers when an XCOM unit gains vision of the gate. So walking out of LoS and back in may fix the problem if you somehow managed to get within sight of the gate without triggering the scene originally. If validating the game files fixed it it's unlikely to be a LW2 bug or anything we can do anything about, so I don't think I'll need the save for this. Glad you got it fixed though!

Can't think of any reason why the history would be involved here. Is your class extending the vanilla AWC class accidentally instead of the LW2 AWC class?

Both the refresh issue and the waypoint issue are vanilla bugs. We may or may not be able to fix them (eventually), but it's fairly low on the priority list compared to LW2 specific bugs for now.

LW2 disables the specific squadsight penalty in vanilla (SQUADSIGHT_DISTANCE_MOD=0, SQUADSIGHT_CRIT_MOD=0; xcomgamecore.ini), so if you were seeing a squad sight penalty before your game was acting up then and isn't now

This isn't related to command, it's a bug in vanilla that can easily be recreated with giving yourself infinite actions with the console. It also drives me absolutely crazy when trying to repro certain bugs that require me to move a lot as I spent 80% of my time restarting the game

If you can send me a link to a saved game with a soldier that cannot move I can investigate it. I seem to remember someone having a similar bug before, but we fixed this a release or two ago. If you're seeing it again it could be a new bug, or maybe a mod conflict.

Yes, OutputParcelInfo draws the name of each parcel and PCP over top of the map element. From your save, this is the lg_Chasm_01 map that is part of Even More Maps! - Suffer. You may be able to report this to the mod author and get it fixed there, but it's not a LW2 bug.

Did you follow the troubleshooting steps for regenerating .ini files? That may solve your performance issues. As far as the rank reset goes, this is the very first time I've ever heard that happening. What other mods are you using, if any? Both of these may be a mod conflict issue.
