I ask because one of my councillors has 'Verbena Rocketry' which is supposed to provide an income of 3MC/Month, yet it does absolutely nothing. Been 6 mission cycles and MC cap has not increased at all, but at 3MC/Month it should now have increased by 9MC, unless my maths is woefully wrong. Can some...

If you play on difficulty normal and trigger an alien response after year 2042, you are in total war mode. The aliens will always attack your stuff. I have to abandon my playthrough at 2036 simply because the nerf to Research Campus' has tipped me so far over the caps with greatly reduced benefits there is probably no way back. Still have the save file though, but just started a new attempt with current validation build.

I understand that point extremely well - as things were already in the last validation patch The Servants were already ignoring everything except Mega Nation building despite my best efforts to murder as many of their councillors as I could find

But it never did produce 1,000 a day - it is 100 according to the blurb in the game.
I am in total disagreement about research in general should add to Xeno hate levels, as it would be covert research.
The hate levels seem okay at this point to me...but who knows.
