Hmm ok that is a starting point, thank you.
I'm assuming there is a way to manipulate these values through perks as I believe flashbacks added by the perk flashbanger as an example don't impact mobility.

New Perk Help
Hello I want to make a new perk which removes the mobility penalty for certain utility items. For instance if I wanted to make smoke grenades not -1 mobility do I need to make an ability that gives +1 mobility for each smoke grenade to cancel it out? I don't really know where to start so any pointer...

Mobility Penalty
Hello I'm hoping someone knows how to accomplish something I'm trying to do. In LW2 all utility items add a -1 mobility penalty. I'd like to create a new perk which removes that penalty for certain items specifically flashbangs. I haven't got the first idea where to start with this perk. Any pointers?

Are you able to hint whether we're talking weeks or months though? I'm going to keep persisting with trying to make my own abilities but if the PerkPack is going to drop relatively soon then I won't bother.
