No that's it. And even then you might not even detect the invasion precursor, or detect it with awful times, or the AI might decide not to even trigger it despite having 8 strenght adjacent, so don't bother with intel and if the invasion happens, keep a team that can handle it available. dang, that...

What does liberated intel haven do?
As titled, all I know is such liberated haven (with scientist and all 13 rebel on intel) can
1. generate more intel
2. detect invasion to that region before it happen.
However, I am curious if such haven is capable of doing something more?

playing on rookie difficulty for a few times and i can tell you that I am used to come across rookies as high aim as 83 and as low defense as -10 (with about -7 dodge, never saw -15 dodge solider)

killzone in a DFA sharpshooter, period, i am not even talking about it combine with other AWC perks such as Cool Under Pressure etc. All the extream range multiple reaction shots are just too amazing to me.
