And to the question of BS being used to answer MECs: a Ranger with AP ammo is by far the most efficient solution to that. Followed by Sharpshooters. Jan 08 - another (4th) Invasion in region that was under invasion on Nov15 - so the cooldown is indeed a regional. I would suggest to bring a technic with FiTH and mk2 gauntlet for dark VIP missions on high str regions. If VIP spawn in builings it's very difficult for sniper to get a clear vision on him and stay away of ayys at the same time - so blow the wall with the mk2 rocket (25 inv. dmg = guarantee breach ...

Heavy turret has 10 to crit not 15 and there is no crit DE yet.
Nano-vest subtract 25 from crit chance so even if it works that way turret still shouldn't crit my shinoby at all.
