Re: Terra Invicta Kickstarter has launched!
I had the same issue. Just found out your Kickstarter is live and wanted to back it but sadly without credit card (and time for an alternative) I am not able to do so. If there might be any other way to back you although the official Kickstarter ought to end any minute now, I would love to do so. Ne...

Re: Suggestions to Reduce Inventory Management
I have one idea how to simplify inventory management: the definition of standard equipment for a soldier. This equipment is only applied if available. If not, nothing or the next best equipment is applied. For example your favourite Grenadier uses a gauss SMG with advanced scope and a frostbomb in a...

SPARKs Bulwark-Bug
Hi, I think I found a bug concerning the SPARKs “Bulwark” ability. It seems to grant high cover to adjacent enemies as well. Windows 10, LW 1.4, Mods: Evac All, Stop Wasting My Time, Robojumpers's Various Speed-Ups, Upcoming Events in Hours, LW2: Showmetheskills Revived, Gotcha Again, No Drop-Down-L...

Re: 1.4 Some feedback notes
What you guys wrote regarding graze in relation to armour and ablative armour sounds logical and right. Therefore I did the math for armour and it shows, that the average damage done with graze is at least about p_G*Armor smaller (p_G is the graze band). On the other hand de-buffs like shredder get ...

Re: 1.4 Some feedback notes
Since the graze-band covers both sides of the actual hit-chance, lowering it has two implications: 1. you won't catch a bullet that often and 2. if you catch a bullet, it's more likely that it will do full harm. If you want to answer the question if the average damage done is lower or higher with gr...

Re: AI freeze after rapid deployment > flashbang out of concealment.
I reloaded my old save and tried again and made the following observation: a) sniping a (concealed shinobi-scouted) solder on troop-sight does not trigger any pod reaction. No solder is in pod-sight though and the pod has been shot at before. b) lifting concealment with my shinobi does trigger the e...

Re: AI freeze after rapid deployment > flashbang out of concealment.
I encountered a similar bug. Started combat with “rapid deployment” and a “sting grenade” flashbang. Some Aliens got stunned, some fled into cover. So far, so normal. After this first encounter I scouted with my Shinobi, prepared a trap and restarted combat with my Sniper. To my utterly bewilderment...
