@tracktwo Thank you for the reply! As far as I know nothing strange happened to that specific character. Is there anyway to fix it? Could I possibly retrain the characters abilities to get rid of all the invalid ones? Also is there anyway I could prevent this from happening in the future?

I went through the troubleshooting steps and the problem still persisted. I have no other mods besides Long war 2. For some reason my game crashes when I load in to a mission with a certain group of soldiers in a squad. I haven't tried to take each squadmate off to see if one of them is glitched or ...

Ahh ok but I don't think I ever got a mission to liberate the region from advent control. What would it look like? I got a lead but nothing came of it. Is there something I could do to make it happen or is it random chance for the mission to pop up. Thanks for the replies!

Randomly my game goes to a game over screen after a cutscene and I have no idea why but it keeps happening on the same date. What it might be is if the avatar project could finish without it giving you ANY warning but that seems kind of silly. Any ideas?
