For the life of me, I can't get this to work. I have everything set as mentioned above, but no dice. Retraining a soldier still takes multiple days. I tried editing every version of this file I could find, didn't help. I 'regenerated' all the inis in \My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\Config by deleting them,...
