I can confirm this problem. Activated more than once through a (should've been) closed door. Right now what I do is save and exit then reload every time I close a door behind me that I need to be blocking LOS. I think one thing that could be done is increase the granularity of infiltration breakpoints affecting alien strength below 100% infiltration, so that 98% stays pretty much as is now, while 0% becomes something like swarming squared.
