I really cannot say so. Those skills that "force the enemy to move" have always been silly to me. Almost any time I'd used Flush the enemy had just stepped one square off to the side, in the same cover they were already in and thus a shot is simply wasted (assuming I maybe had another sold...

Playing on the normal (Veteran) difficulty, so my experiences could differ from the more hardcore players. I don't understand the question. It seems like you've pretty much answered it yourself. You do need to take Advisers out of their slot to upgrade/train them. Always have a backup soldier to take their place in the meantime. Yes, like you said, this can all be done from the Resistance Management menu...

IMO I actually go into these missions without a Specialist. I have had some measure of success bringing a crack three-squad of Gunner-Ranger-Grenadier (G-R-G) to hunker down on the first roof of the first building we come across while a high-aim Sharpshooter camps back at OUR spawn the entire time, ...
