It reduces time to research too. Was watching a stream and it dropped research by 2 days on plasma when JoINrbs tested it out to see what it did.

Any way of getting a second PCS slot that is only for the new overwatch PCS? They're great and all, but why use one of those when you can use a more useful PCS. Every LP I have seen no one uses them, I looked at them and due to the fact it takes up the only PCS slot on a soldier I don't use them. So...
