You'll find mind merge in XComLW_SoldierSkills.ini
ctrl+f search merge and change duration to 2.
One a side note I'm not sure if the duration count is just your own turns or if enemy turns are counted as well so may need to change duration to 3.

Hey had that same problem, turns out if you download this mod:

You can then edit it's xcomarmorstatcustomiser.ini to set predator or powered armour utility items to false.

Adding shield (ablative hp) to armour?
I would like to change the Hp bonus from armour to pure shield/ablative hp. Is that doing in the ini?

When does a faceless become a faceless?
Namely when rescuing personnel can they be a faceless? Would throwing a battle scanner reveal them in their cell?

Do you use the 'Use My Class' mod by chance? I know that if that's on and characters in the pool are set as vanilla classes they tend to appear in game as those.

Yeah nothing in those mods config folders, the stuff from the lock boxes have multiple slots but lose them if I strip the armour, and the armour I build doesn't have more than 1 slot.

I've tried to increase the number of mod slots on armour in the LW_Overhaul ini but it doesn't seem to increase in game. I'm using 'Mod Everything' and 'Grimy's Loot Mod'.

In the XcomLW_Overhaul ini search ruler and should should be able to change it from 25 back to 100 (guarantees acton after each squad action)

Hey PI just a couple of requests: 1) Can there be a way to arm rescued resistance fighters on haven defence? Like a loot chest or something by the evac that they can get to and be issued a random weapon (i know officers can give pistols but i'm greedy)? Also why does the Haven Adviser not turn up on...

It depends on the armor; I'd have to look up how they did it on Sparks. We moved a bunch of stuff to the inis but didn't get everything. Would it be possible to have all the armour in the game have an exposed hpshield in the ini? (even if it's set to 0 by default). I want to torture myself with arm...
