1.1 delayed the spawning time for the Viper's Nest POI by tying it to the global Force Level. I'm not sure what this tangibly means as I'm not very familiar with how the Force Level system works, but you may not see it for a couple of months at minimum.

Best solution I've found for this is to just not skip through scenes too quickly. Let the skyranger elevator come to a stop before proceeding so that it should terminate the looping sound properly, that kind of thing.

Check whether there's an obstacle on the other side. You can't smash through a window and vault over a couch in the same action, for some reason.

FWIW, I reported the issue to the modmaker and they've published a fix for it already. If anyone else was seeing this it should be fine now.
