Spread your resistance wide and strike where the advent has the least strength - that is, put every haven you are not invested in to have all hiding except 4 intel - in case they catch a DE brewing - and put 4 intel 9 suppliers in every liberated region, and only go above 4 intel in havens where you...

Oh yes, Lib Neutralize VIP is no joke, and can be especially rough early game. Consider gearing up a shinobi officer with oscar mike and a sniper with a stock on their rifle, to fire one shot and skedaddle, next time

Is there a way to change the console's position from covering the top two thirds of the screen, to single line on the bottom I have seen on other players' screens? Taking screenshots and TTCing stuck units is quite tricky without that

Retraining officers please?
Made the perfect battle squad for HQ raids and the such, except for the part that their officer is stuck with Oscar Mike, nearly useless on untimed missions, instead of Focus Fire for Iago and other high-value targets. Why not let officer skills reset in AWC just like their regular, soldier skills?

XCOM2 must have been the first game in the series - and the spinoffs, too - to not have the option of proper flight in tactical gameplay. Do you have any intention of reintroducing it?
