Does anyone know how to start as Isreal for your first counsellor? I've figured out how to get USA or UK. But cannot work out what the settings need to be for Isreal. Has anyone done the math around when it would still be efficient to replace a starting/early counsellor with someone that has Quick and/or Striver? I've done some rough calculations in excel and it kind of looks like replacing one of the first 4 is acceptable as long as it is done before a counsello...
