Can't quite swing the time commitment for a full LW and am going to play Dynamic War. I read that EXALT missions don't scale with it DW, which seems both a pain from a roster point of view and a "I'm playing way too many EXALT missions" point of view. Is it a good idea or bad idea to use United Humanity to skip EXALT missions?

To be honest, EXALT isn't my favorite thing. It was interesting on the first EW runthrough, but in general I'm not as excited about those missions.
