Long War on Steam??

Was/Is Long War available in the Steam workshop? I see the smaller packs, like laser weapons, and such. But I can't find the Long War mod itself.
It's been so long since I nabbed it, I don't remember. I went to run Enemy Unknown and had to verify and reacquire 38 files and that caused all mods to be lost.
