Will the aim bonus from Lone Wolf affect Rocket Scatter? And on another note, will Platform Stability affect both shots from a Light Em Up, or only the first?

Lone Wolf should apply to rocket scatter. Platform stability only applies to first shot from Light'em Up. It applies only to first shot of Double Tap also.
