New Second Wave Option: Disorient Exalt

I think it would be really cool to have a Second Wave option that would, when hacking a device on an Exalt mission, would Disorient (as a Flashbang) all the Exalt instead of using "Disabling Shot" on all of them.

I would be willing to help figure out how to do this, but while I have lots of programming experience I have zero experience with Modding XCOM.

Would this be difficult to do? Would it require changes at the source code level? I know LW was able to add a bunch of Second Wave options, I think this change should not be that hard given the other things LW does.

Wow, Exalt missions are already a huge pain in the ass (especially if you get a bad starting position) You want to make it harder!?!?

Try bringing an all Assault Squad with Close Combat Specialist (and have your operative be an Assault too). You can hack every turn and your CCS Assaults will just kill EVERYTHING, and the Exalts never get to go.

Anyway, that's why I was suggesting this be a Second Wave option, so you have a choice.
