'Ship Drives & Parts v3' spreadsheet

I cannot for the life of me recall where I stumbled over this incredibly handy little spreadsheet as it is invaluable.
It is also, however, out of date I believe as it was for build 0.3.35 and we are now at 0.3.50, so maybe things have changed.
But I cannot recall where to find it - can anyone please point me in the right direction?
