Enable Sparks to use Famethrower and Rockets

Is it possible? They wouldn't get any of the perks so Techs would still be better with them but Sparks are still a bit on the weak side if you don't get them early enough to level up so I wanted to try out having ability to use all the heavy weapons. Also it would make Rainmaker a little better.

I think you would probably also need to enable the use of the Gauntlet as a secondary weapon, instead of the BIT.
That should be possible based on what I've seen of the config file where soldier equipment is defined (I know SPARKs have an entry, like all the others.) I'm guessing it will either lead to invisible Gauntlets or some visual weird glitches on that arm.
