How about modding this to show vigilance, and any other pertinent numbers? For instance, "S: # V: #"

I'm sure there are plenty of players who would appreciate this, including those who want to efficiently optimize the strategy layer, but also those who want to spend less time worrying about keeping track of their geoscape actions and focus more on enjoying other things
