A bit of a UI gripe that hopefully someone can fix. When in the geoscape waiting a soldier will finish AWC training. If you chose to ignore, you stay on the geoscape. If you chose view soldier, it shows you the soldier and then returns you to the geoscape.
However, since I am obviously going to make filling at vacancy at the AWC my next action, could we change it so that after viewing the soldier it goes straight to the AWC instead of back to the geoscape? It would save an extra two steps.

I had this exact pet peeve too, wasted so much of my time... then I noticed the "train ability" button in the topright of the soldier AWC screen, use that and the side arrows to cycle between soldiers to fill vacancies.
