When your Spark stay at adjacent square to enemy - enemy get +45% cover... Btw my sparks has Bulwark perk, so I don't know how it work without that perk.

Really? and whats then if not a bug?? Description says "Gain a bonus point of Armor, and always provide high cover to all adjacent squadmates." enemy soldier = squadmate?? Ok, even if yes, and even if spark provide cover for ALL, but how possible that it give aim penalty for Spark itself??? Spark stay near enemy and no "cover" between Spark and enemy soldier. Obviously this is a bug...
